Diagnosis
Central retinal vein occlusion
- Flame and blot haemorrhages in all four quadrants
- Dilated, tortuous retinal veins
- Swollen disc and macular oedema
- The angiogram frame shows blocked fluorescence from the haemorrhage and the delayed venous filling
